1953-2019
There is absolutely no tribute that could even scratch the surface of Bubba's love and dedication to our program. He was the heart of Pop Warner for the last 40 years. Even when his health had started to be an issue the past few years, his thoughts and conversation always were about the program.
His absence will no doubt cause a ripple through out every aspect of our program.
Bubba was as much a constant off the field as he was on. BINGO, the snack shack, Cheer Competitions, Yankee Doodle...anything Pop Warner and Bubba was there. Even if you were never part of the program, you knew who Bubba was and who he represented.
This world will be a duller place without Bubba's smile in it.
